Return Policy

Wise God will gladly accept returns and issue a refund in the form of Store Credit for use on another purchase on wise-god.com.

Please send the return back to our distribution center within 14 days of the delivery date.

Your Wise God Store Credit never expires.

 Return your item(s) in the original product packaging. 

  • All items must be returned in their original condition along with all paperwork, packaging and accessories. 
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition having all Wise God product tags attached. 
  • Defective/Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not grant a credit. 
  • If you have received an incorrect item in your package, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Wise God does not provide return shipping labels. We suggest using USPS flat rate shipping with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Wise God will not grant a return credit. Be advised that original shipping fees are non-refundable No in-person returns will be accepted at our distribution center. You are responsible for shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries!

 Our Rights

Wise God reserves the right to refuse service to or returns from any purchaser at any time regarding frequent or excessive returns history suggestive to “wardrobing”, inclusive of worn, altered, washed/dry cleaned, damaged or missing items.

We will reach out to you to resolve the problem and if no resolution is found, a determination of refusal of services will be made. We never want to refuse anyone of service, but all who purchase from us are our top priority and we will ensure that their welfare and comfortability is sustained.

Non-Wise God items mailed to our distribution center will be disposed of upon receipt.

Exchanges/Damaged Items

  • We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out fast and are limited. 
  • For damaged items, complete the enclosed return slip and send it back with the damaged item. A Wise God Store Credit will be granted to repurchase the desired item. When your package is received we will email you a Wise God Store Credit in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD), provided you include a copy of the receipt of the itemized return shipping cost. We DO NOT credit original shipping charges. You will not receive gift or promotional refunds.

Wise God Store Credit will be processed for your returned item(s) when they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days.
